eSupport UK Ltd is a SaaS (software as a service) company providing end to end solutions for the taxi and minicab industry.
In 2008, we diversified into Mobile Phone Booking Applications. We invested in business applications for the iPhone, Google android, and Blackberry Phones because we saw the trend and change in consumer habit since the launch of the iPhone.
Then in 2009, we piloted our iPhone app with Addison Lee, a large mini cab company based in London. Following this success, Addison Lee purchased our iPhone app and customised it for their own use.
As a result of our experience in this area we have been able to develop a multiplatform architecture and infrastructure that ensures that all our Mobile applications work seamlessly with all types of booking and dispatch systems.
We now offer this knowledge and expertise to all Taxi and minicab businesses that are keen on having a mobile application strategy.
